Mrs. Monica Breier graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in biology, focusing on cellular and molecular genetics. She worked as a microbiologist and chemist after graduation but discovered laboratory work was not her vocation.
Mrs. Breier pursued her teaching license because she had enjoyed her time as a teacher’s aide during college and loved teaching for several outdoor summer programs during and post-college. She has taught middle school science and math in Catholic schools for eight years since receiving her license.
Mrs. Breier is married with three children. The whole family is very active in youth ministry for the Denver Archdiocese as well as in their parish.
