About Mike Creavey
Mr. Michael Creavey holds a bachelor’s degree in history from The Catholic University of America and a master’s degree in theology and Christian ministry from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Having served in the past as a youth minister, Confirmation coordinator, Catholic radio broadcaster, and a U.S. Army officer with a combat tour of duty in Iraq, Mr. Creavey brings a diverse set of experiences to the classroom. Through his personal website, thegraciousguest.org, Mr. Creavey explores the intersection of faith and culture through regular podcasts, YouTube videos, and his blog. In June 2020, he published his first book, Return of the Lord: Narrative Reflections on the Apostles’ Final Moments (available on Amazon). He currently teaches high school theology full time in Camp Hill, PA where he lives with his wife and their two young daughters.

About Mike Creavey
Mike Creavey holds a bachelor’s degree in history from The Catholic University of America and a master’s degree in Theology and Christian Ministry from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Mike received a commission as an officer in the U.S. Army where he served in numerous capacities for eight years stateside and abroad, including a 2008 combat tour in Iraq.
Following his deployment, Mike entered priestly formation as a seminarian for the Diocese of Harrisburg at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD. Discerning the Lord’s call elsewhere, he worked in youth and young adult ministry at a number of Catholic parishes before teaching high school theology for four years at St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy in Boalsburg, PA.
Mike has also worked in Catholic radio and he thoroughly enjoys podcasting, writing/blogging, and offering presentations through his website (the one you’re visiting right now!) He currently teaches high school theology online for Homeschool Connections and in person at Trinity High School in Camp Hill, PA where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
